To find motivation to work out, find something you love
So I had a great comment from one of my group members...she said that it was possible to love working out and I need to find something that I love (because it's obviously not the treadmill. I do feel great afterwards but I don't love it.) I do this with foods (think about what I would love to eat) but I realized -- I've never done this with my offense (working out, getting moving). I thought about it...I love the outdoor sports. Roller blading, skiing. Hiking (in the fall) And I realized that these are all AMAZING sports but can't be done on the fly, with an hour window of time. I should be doing these on the weekend but I don't, so note to self, in the next month, do one of these things. So: I need to find an "on the fly" workout that I can love. Can't be a scheduled one (like tae bo) because the key for me is flexibility. I am open to all suggestions though, feel free to throw anything out there.
