I did not always eat well!
Thought I would point something out this morning that someone raised in a group -- I did not always eat realitively well.  When I started doing PEERtrainer, you should have seen my first two weeks of logs.  A typical day (almost every day) was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel, sometimes with extra cream cheese on the side with a large coffee and about 8 sugars to disguise the coffee taste with heavy cream, a chocolate crossiant (as a snack) and pasta for dinner.  I can't remember what I used to eat for lunch -- I'll  have to go back and look at my logs.  It took me a full 2 weeks to change my habits of even eating the bacon egg and cheese in the morning.  It was finally seeing what I was doing and claiming that I was on a diet that made me realize the disconnect and start to change.  Don't get discouraged if you see your first few days.  Sometimes it takes a bit of time.  You didn't gain the weight in a week, you're not going to lose it in a week either.

I have another wedding coming up.  Haven't seen some of my friends in a couple of years.  I have a specific dress I really want to wear.  I tried it on.  It's just a bit too tight but if I lose a few pounds, it will look great.  The wedding is the weekend of Sept 23 (2 and a 1/2 weeks away) so please help!  Feel free to call me out on anything and everything.  Not into an everything in moderation philosophy over the next could of weeks (even the three bites of ice cream).  I can do anything for 18 days so please help!
