The 5 first things you do when you get into your groups or teams
1. Fill out your information and your profile. Go to MY INFO (see red arrow below) It's in the top navigation right next to MY LOG. You'll see your profile tab. Click edit and fill out your goal and any info you'd like to share so your groupmates can help you!

2. Click UPDATE MY LOG or MY LOG in the top navigation next to my group. Fill out your log. If it's the end of the day, be sure to use the top arrows to toggle back to yesterday. Fill out as much as you want. You can use your notes section to jot down your thoughts for the day.

3. Click on the other tabs to see how your groupmates are doing for the day. Click on the MY PROFILE button to learn a little more about them.
4. Leave a comment to introduce yourself. You can do this by going to the right hand column where it says recent comments. Click the ADD COMMENT button to say hello or provide motivating feedback from something you read in a log. If you're in a team, the ADD COMMENT button is on the "Team home" page.

5. Rinse and repeat! Commit to doing this for 7 days. It only takes a few minutes a day and you're on your way to your goals.
Haven't joined a group yet to see this view? Click here to find an awesome group (or another group). Joining 3 - 4 groups is great because if one group is quiet, another group will be there to pick you up.
