Week 1 -The Mindset Of Permanent Weight Loss
Week 1 is an introduction and a personal evaluation to discover where you really are in your hope and belief that true weight loss is really possible.
Week 2 -Setting Goals You Can't Fail At
This week you will learn the single greatest secret to lasting weight loss that you've never heard before. You will understand why endlessly focusing on your desire to lose weight is actually holding you back, and why your expectations are everything. Most people endlessly focus on how much weight they want to lose, but neglect to address that they don't actually expect that goal to happen.

Jill teaches internationally, is the creator of several Yoga DVD's and instructional program, and her unique approach to Yoga, Yoga Tune-Up is taught at Equinox Health Clubs across the United States. She is a true expert on Yoga, and she will share lots of great, practical information on how Yoga can help with weight loss, fitness and overall mental wellness. We were really fortunate to get Jill in this program, and she has a lot of great information to share. Week 9 -Relationships and Food- How To Prevent Others From Sabotaging Your Success
This week we tackle the subject that presents the greatest challenge for many people: how to keep their relationships (whether it's your husband, friends or parents) from sabotaging their healthy eating program.
This is a very empowering session will teach you how to comfortably and easily feel 100% in charge of your food choices. No more subtle sabotage from those around you.
Week 10 -The Decisions That Will Bring You To The Point Of No Return
This session will show you how your thinking and self-talk impact your weight loss progress. This session will give you the practical tools you need to make sure your thinking continues to move you in the direction of permanent weight loss.

"I thought this intensive would be all about "just lose the weight, what's the problem?" But it's so much more involved than that for me. Changing how I eat, one tweak at a time, realizing I am sleep-deprived too often and have to change that in order to cut hunger (from trying to get energy from food when I'm tired) and to stop drinking coffee, as well as to try to curb migraines. Exercising so much when I am sleep-deprived was not working for me. I am already feeling better, though. I realized that my real weak spot in the food department is dinner time. I even think the after-dinner time is okay, now.
