I won't lie...this cereal looks very unappetizing. Fortunately, in reality, it's quite good. I tried it for the fiber and protein (26g!) hoping to sustain me closer to lunch time. It is now a staple of my cupboard.

If the cereal you are talking about here is Kashi GoLEAN Crunch, I have to tell you that it has become a staple in our household. It may not look all that appealing on the box, but I LOVE this cereal...And my 12 year old son (who is a fan of such cereals as Sugar Smacks and Apple Jacks) eats Kashi GoLean Crunch regularly for breakfast and loves to eat it dry as a sweet snack when he comes in from swimming or a late baseball game.

When was Kashi bought by Kellogg?? I do like this cereal but I don't want to get carried away. I'm trying to do a 1200 to 1600 calorie-a-day plan while Kashi's nutritional info is based on 2000 per day - *Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet."

Yeah, the title of this one needs editing -- this is the info for Kashi GoLean Crunch, not regular Kashi Go Lean!
