What's the point of only calculating the calories in just the healthy items in a volcano roll? It would seem more thorough to give the total calories and then suggest a healthier alternative. Not everyone that counts calories is trying to lose weight. This is a big reason why this country is overweight. We know how much the healthy stuff is and then, when it comes smothered in mayo or cheeses, we just assume its only a few calories more. We need to see the cold hard facts of what we are ingesting so we can decide what we eat with our heads, not with our stomachs.
