I am a 43 year old runner who started running 6 years ago. I was a competitive swimmer in high school and thin most of my life. I was over 200 pounds when I started this journey in 2009. I eventually weighed 140 pounds in 2014. In the last year, I have slacked off running and diet and now weigh 160. I was raised to put high value on fitness and being thin, so my laziness makes me feel very bad about myself. I want to get back to running and a healthy lifestyle.
