Goals:

Profile: I want to simplify- set limits; pick out the essential; eat, do, fuss, and worry LESS! Life seems to get so complex, and I'm so tired of it all. I'm putting LESS on my "to do" list, LESS in my shopping cart, and LESS on my dinner plate. And working to get rid of clutter, fat, and obligations that don't mean much to me. I want a life change, not just a 15-pound weight loss.

Never struggled with weight but have become lazier as I get older


I've just turned 60, and used that as incentive to start getting fit and dropping weight and bulk. I've reached my first goal and now I want to drop more.


I am 53 years old, 5'3 and currently weigh 150lbs. I would love to loose ten to 15 pounds and get pressure of my knees and ankles.


A mom in my 30's, with two young children, needing to put some focus back on my own well being.
