I want to simplify- set limits; pick out the essential; eat, do, fuss, and worry LESS! Life seems to get so complex, and I'm so tired of it all. I'm putting LESS on my "to do" list, LESS in my shopping cart, and LESS on my dinner plate. And working to get rid of clutter, fat, and obligations that don't mean much to me. I want a life change, not just a 15-pound weight loss.
