Goals: maintain our points everyday 18 POINTS. NO ExCUSES. I wouldl like anyone who joins to have the same points limit, in order for the comments and tips all to relate to us specifically.

Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

I am 56 and while I have always had to watch my weight and diet occasionally, I have put on most of my unwanted weight in the past 8 years. My life style has become more sedentary since we moved to Maryland.


I'm 30 years old soon to be 31 (july 21st) I've never had a problem with my weight until I found I had fibrods. I use to workout and eat healthly. Now no matter what I eat I gain. I've been to ww's a few times loosing about 10lbs then giving up. Its such a long process! But well worth it! I'm a Design Tech, and love to cook! I have a dog.. (Mini American Eski, "bubbles") I love him to death!





I'm funny. I work with words and the web. I like to dance. I dragon boat. I just bought a house with my boyfriend. I love sweets. I love eating out.
