I am a 45-year mother of two and have not taken care of myself for way too long. I was active in marathon walking and tennis before kids, got back into both swimming and treadmill to get the weight off. Business drama and driving the kids on top of working has left me no time for myself. My husband is supportive but also a couch potato so I am looking to PeerTrainer for help in getting me on track.

I'm Courtney, I'm not here because I'm on a diet, I'm here because I want to change my life. I'm twenty years old and in college for Fine Arts. I'm a vegetarian, but I still eat fish once in a while.
