I live in Raleigh and work for PPD, a Clinical Research Organization. Currently I am at home on maternity leave following the birth of my first baby, Reid on July 14th. I am happily married and a graduate of Virginia Tech. I played volleyball and basketball competitively in the past and am getting ready to start playing volleyball in our community here.

I own my own very successful business, and I work from home. Very very little exercise, which is a big problem. And in terms of eating, I tend to stress eat, which is often!

I am 32 and a SAHM who needs to get out and exercise.
