I am a fifth grade teacher. I eat out often because my children are in their 20s and out of the house.

my name is remmy. im 16 years old and ive been struggling with weight my entire life and the constant pressures to be stick then which makes me eat more when im nervouse. i know im young but i could use help. im 5'3 and i weigh 169 give or take a few. i carry my weight well but i'd really love to shed some.
