Profile: Team for people following weight watchers and any other program who would like to "weigh in" each week. Daily journling will keep you accountable to yourself, and the group will keep you supported and motivated. When you log your food and exercise, you are 70% more likely to meet your goals. Recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis- not so good for my weight!

I'm a 31 year old History Professor. I am here in DC for 8 months. I move around a lot which makes maintaining a healthy lifestyle difficult. Years ago I lost 50 lbs on Weight watchers and while I have not gained it ALL back, I've crept back substantially.
