It seems like the more carbs I eat, the more carbs in crave. I have a very bad weakness for potato chips.


In my 50's and need to lose 50 plus pounds.


I need to keep my mind on the goal , and keep eating healthy, and exercising at least 5 days a week. I know I can lose the weight with the support of the people on peertrainer.


I am a happy, upbeat person who enjoys new adventures in the distant lands of the world as well as cozy time at home piecing together a big puzzle. I love working in my vegetable, fruit, and flower gardens. I'm am great at designing yards, but lousy at decorating the inside of my home. I'm always looking for suggestions so my home doesn't look like a dorm room.
