This group is for people who aren't afraid to speak their minds, hold other group members accountable for their eating and exercsing issues, who aren't afraid to receive and give constructive criticism and who is going to be an ACTIVE MEMBER IN LOGGING AND PARTICIPATE IN COMMENTS AT LEAST EVERYDAY, while at the same time be supportive and encouraging. It doesn't matter if you have 10 or 100 pounds to lose as long as you have the DESIRE and COMMITMENT to better yourself and live a healthier lifestyle, but overly sensitive people need not join.
