I am a 48 year old mom of 2 adult sons. And a grandma of 4, that help keep me active. I have been married to the love of my life for 30 years. Started PT weighing my heavest ever at 204.5 and lost down to 158.5. But to many goodies and less time doing workouts over the winter months and the scales have caught up to me. I am ready to get my "rear in gear." I love gardening and I always look forward to spring so I can get my hands in the dirt. I am a natural born beach bum and can see myself as a little old lady still walking on the beach to find treasures.
I am a 40 year old wife and mother. I have three kids; a son, 17 and daughters 14 and 9. My husband and I will be celebrated our 20th anniversary in August of '09.
I'm 48 year old mother of 3 boys: 14, 17 and 20. Happily married to the love of my life for 22 years (together for 25 :)). I work full time in technology in a fast-paced, high-stress job. Last January 09 my sister sent me a family photo that took my breath away. I could not believe I really looked like that (and she said in the kindest possible way "Actually, yes, you do look like that'). I started tracking my weight right then and there, but didn't have a clue as to how to lose the pounds. I decided to start by giving up ice cream for 40 days. At the end of 40 days I realized that if I could give up ice cream, I could probably sustain giving up other guilty pleasures as well and in April of 09 I got serious about regaining my health. I've lost about 40 lbs so far (success!) but am stuck. It's time to get serious again and I need help and encouragement to get to my goal of 130 by the end of April 2010.
I'm a stay at home mom with 4 kids. 8 year old and 22mos. old triplets. I have been sitting at about 210 for a while. Got to 200lbs. a few months ago but I just can't seem to get below the 200 level.
