||I've lost about 20 pounds, but would like to lose 30 more. I've started the Weight Watchers Points system and it's going pretty well. I find that during the week I have no problem sticking to the plan, eating lots of fruits and vegetables, watching portion sizes and sticking to my points. I also am very active during the week - I try to get to the gym in the morning before work, I play volleyball and dance 3 nights per week. However, it's the weekends that trip me up. I like to go out with friends a lot - restaurants, bars, hockey games, movies, etc. And I always end up going over my extra points (which I purposely save for the weekend). I'm looking for support in this area - tips for eating out, etc.
