Goals:
I want to lose 45 pounds. Or not lose the weight and just be able to fit into my size 6 clothes again. I want to swim 6 times a week and do the eliptical machine everyday that I have in my house. I also want to do weights at the gym as often as I can.

I am engaged. I also like to dance, but my fiance does not like to dance. Would welcome going out dancing with the girls. I have a dog that I like to walk by the beach. I live in Redondo Beach and I like to have people over to my house for dinner. I like to prepare meals for people. I work in the Mental Health field as a patients' rights advocate and would like to go back to school to get my Marriage, Family, Therapist license.

I have always been the chubby girl. I have gone through periods of my life where I lose a substantial amount of weight, then I hit the 4 month curse, a severe relapse and gain all the weight back. I
Age: 44; Married w/2 kids - son 17 & daughter 15; Job: accountant; Hobby: reading; Starting weight - 144.6 (10/10/07) New starting weight - 160 (10/10/09) I'd always been chubby. After college, I went from about 160 to 118. Marriage and kids got me up to 190. WW got me down to 140 and eventually to 120. Went back up to 145, down to 125, up to 160 as of 10/10/09. I think I'm comfortable around 130. Every time I go below that, I end up gaining even more weight.
I am 38 going on 24 (in my head that is). Suffered a back injury from flipping my ATV in Glamis 3/09. Finally starting to feel better. I need to get back to where I was... full of NRG and feeling great in and out. 7/13/2009...Today begins the process all over again. I can do this. I did it before!
