I'm 19 years old, sophomore in college, and I'm in Navy ROTC. I have trouble passing the running portion of the PFA and I'm so-so with the sit ups and push ups.
I'm a teacher with a heavy workload. I am settling down with my boyfriend and struggle to "be good" when he has treats. and I get to lazy to go to gym.
