32. Engaged. Too chubby to contemplate wedding dress shopping in any serious capacity! Eager for a healthy sustainable routine. Possessing one supportive and encouraging boyfriend. Possessing weak will-power skills, but a target to strive for. I love eating in restaurants, love to cook, but hate the cleanup, so resort to take-out.
I am 33 yrs old, 5'4" and my starting weight is 147.2, I joined because I have never been this out of shape in my life. I have taught aerobics and yoga pretty much my whole adult life, and 2 years ago I opened a yoga studio, and now I own 3 yoga studios. However, with the stress of running a business, I managed to also put on 20 pounds and reduce my teaching (and hence workouts dropped to 3 a week). Other than that, I live in Kanata with my husband and dog, Diva, and I love reading, vacationing and dancing!
I am married stay home mom. I am up for just about anything. Love Football, Sports in general all but golf unless I am playing then it's fun. I enjoy the beach, people watching, swimming, camping, fishing, hunting, watching the sun set, looking at the stars and constellations, Reading the Bible and other religious books, Dancing, laughing with friends, drinking a cold one, Traveling cross country and all over the world Guam, Europe, Australia. Eating food all kinds even those I can't pronounce
I am a 34 year old working mom to a super cute 2 year old boy. I have fallen off the fitness and health band wagon in a big way since what I like to call the year-of-take-out-because-I-don't-have-time-or-energy-to-make-dinner (let alone clean up from it). I still work out 6-7 days a week, but I am in a rut, and the pounds have crept up in recent months. I am 5'5" and weigh 153 lbs (which I haven't weighed since I was pregnant!) I am most comfortable weighing about 135. I need to hold myself accountable and weigh in with a group!
