I'm a 33 year old single woman with no kids and a little dog. Recently lost 33 lbs and, plan on sliding farther down the scale to the land of "Bow-chicka-WOW-wooow!" I love walking, dancing, riding bikes and kayaking.


I am a very busy student and have very little time to eat healthy or to exercise, especially during exam weeks! I need to lose 35-45 pounds to enter a healthier weight range but this is not my priority. I am currently training for a 1/2 marathon!


I am 32 years old, married to my college sweetheart, and the mother of three children - two girls (ages 6 and 4) and one son (20 months). I used the gym in college but never really loved any of it. I started jogging before our wedding and my husband taught me how to use the weights in the gym more effectively for my purpose. Life got busy, I got pregnant, and the jogging was replaced by walking with a jogger stroller. After my second child, I really felt the need to take it up a notch and started running more regularly. I joined a marathon training group and ran my first half marathon. Then I got the bug and it stuck!


I'm 30 and decided on New Years Day 2009 to make changes in my life. This year has been all about running, healthy eating, learning about nutrition, and surrounding myself with other like-minded people.
