I'm Portuguese and have always been over weighted until now in november i have reatch a normal BMI, now i want to improve my image!!! I'm 31 years old!! I decided that if it was a problem it was beater to handle it !!!! life goal to maintain the weigth achived!!!
I am 42, married, stay at home mom of a 4 yr son. Always concerned about good habits for my men, but end up not worrying about what I eat (Not anymore!!!). I am 1.86m (6ft1') tall and intend to loose 25kg.
