23-year old scientist with a goal weight of 128, and the need to stay sane and on top of her research whilst pursuing that goal. I'm into hiking and outdoor pursuits, and play around with designing neo-Victorian clothing in my [hypothetical?] spare time.
I'm 24 years old and I want to achieve a healthy-looking and -feeling body. Would like to lose 15 pounds of fat and gain muscle, improving my fitness level as much as possible (and become a better softball player). I'm a recovering binge eater/food addict so I'm trying to adopt a better diet. I have several health issues like Epstein-Barr virus (which can take me out of the gym for a week or two), Hypoglycemia (sugar crashes, I need to eat every couple hours), High Cholesterol, and future health issues like arthritis that I want to prevent or make easier to deal with.
I used to be a workaholic and social butterfly which made it easy to pack on the pounds. I have lost 45 lbs through exercise and better food choices (recently using Eat To Live as a guide). I am feeling better, happier and more energetic but I keep thinking that I can be a 135 lbs, fantastically fit person.
