For the last few years I have fluctuated btwn 160-170 lbs. My heaviest was about 4 yrs ago when I weighed almost 200 lbs and lost it by following the South Beach diet. I renew my drivers license this year and I don't want to have to lie about my weight haha. I'm tired of saying year after year that "this will be the year". I really want to know and feel that I worked my ass off in 2009. By the end of this current year, I want to reach my goal to be under 140 lbs. I want 2010 to be the year that I am looking and feeling my best with no regrets! My ultimate goal is to be around 125 lbs.


I am a very busy student and have very little time to eat healthy or to exercise, especially during exam weeks! I need to lose 35-45 pounds to enter a healthier weight range but this is not my priority. I am currently training for a 1/2 marathon!





I am a 21 year old who doesn't get much support around me to lose weight. I weigh 130lbs right now and I want to weight about 118-120. I am hoping this will be the edge I need to lose the last 10-12lbs after a year of lifestyle changes. So far I have lost 30lbs but the last two months I have been stuck and I can't seem to loose that last bit of weight. Hopefully this can help me.
