We have struggled with weight highs and lows for years. We're ready to make the commitment to being healthy and happy with ourselves. This will be a safe place to share our journey. Though, we all may be very different stages with our weight loss goals we all need support.

I have always been the chubby girl. I have gone through periods of my life where I lose a substantial amount of weight, then I hit the 4 month curse, a severe relapse and gain all the weight back. I
I'm 31 years old. To date I have lost 75 pounds over the past year and a half. I did it mostly by eating right and very little exercise. I got off track but managed to maintain my weight. Now I want to get back on the "losing" track and reach my goal weight of 140 pounds.
I am 27 years old. I want to look at photos of myself and feel good. I work and go to school, which keep my life very chaotic. As a result, I have too much impulsive eating days.
