I am originally from Minnesota but now live in Northwest Iowa. I have taught for 12 years and am on my 2nd year as a stay at home mom. The past few years I have put on the pounds and am having a hard time getting back on track. I enjoy Christian music and being involved in worship. We love to go camping on weekends with our family-2 girls and 1 boy in between. :)
I'm 29, German and in full time ministry in Australia. Being away from home and having a pretty crazy, busy and always changing lifestyle, have caused a lot of comfort eating which I just identified as such recently. I also hadnÄt done any exercise these past years which I've been changing now.I want to put God first in everything and also in how I treat my body.
I am 59 years old and have been a Pastor's wife for 30 years. I am very active in music. I sing and play the violin. I need to lose 30 pounds and keep it off.
