Goals:

Profile: I try to stay active and I really am up for any activity; hiking, kickboxing, etc. But I would love to be get back into running on a regular basis (3 times a week) Also, I haven't played tennis in a while and I used to be okay and would like to get back into that as well. So, if you are looking to tone your arms then tennis is it for you and running will shape your entire body but especially your lower. Let me know if you are interested! :)
