New group - log regularly and get fit together

This group is aimed at women who are taking their first steps towards becoming who they feel they really are. I've officially been overweight for 10 years and no matter how many 'diets' I try each year I'm getting bigger and bigger. I'm apporaching 30 and I feel like now is the time for me to make some real and lasting life changes!
I'm following a weight watchers style plan and I'm exercising for an hour at least 3 times per week. I'm committed to losing 35lbs if you have a similar amount to lose and are willing to log regularly and support other group members please join me today!
