Making the Cut

Anyone read/used the book Making the Cut by Jillian Michaels

Just looking on your thoughts, I picked up this book today. Since my goals are to tone and tigheten with regular exercise.

I have this book and I love it!! It will definitely help you tighten up. I'm amazed at how much stronger and toned I am just 3 weeks in. I love the exercises - you will look and feel different for sure. Good luck and have fun!!

I just picked it up too

I want to lose 10lbs for sure and 15 would be even better.
I like the exercise info however for those that have used it, how close did you stick to the diet?

I'm doing the exercises, but I'm not following the menus. I've gotten to my goal weight before by sticking to the calorie limit, so that's what I'm doing. I am, however, eliminating all the junk, caffeine, and alcohol that she talks about.
I do love having all those recipes available, though!

Good luck with the program. I absolutely love it!

I was shocked to find out that my calorie limit is 1800 - I was positive that it would have been a lot lower than that.
