I heard its a great source of calcium and helps up energy. Has anyone ever tried it? Good/bad????

It's good in moderation
I read once that the vitamin supplements in things like emergen C can be great. While an overload of vitamin C is not a bad thing, your body will excrete the extra vitamins it does not use, an overdose of some of the other vitamins can be very bad and can build up in your system.
My advice is no more than one a day if you are not feeling well but not more than a couple times a week on average.
If you are taking a complete multivitamin you shouldn't need emergen C.

EmergenC does not have ANY calcium
FYI. Lots of other vitamins, though. And 25 calories. I drink if if I think I'm coming down with something. Otherwise, I leave it to my multi (Women's 1 a day)

Over time I've noticed it upsets my stomach if I take it regularly. I prefer a multi.

love emergen c. Tastes great, the kids love it. Got a nice mix of minerals in addition to Vitamin C. Only drawback is that it is not all natural.

There is a variety that does have calcium. It's a mixed berry flavor.
I love Emergen-C, and so does my husband and kids. Our favorite is the raspberry. I do no think it should be used as a daily vitamin. We use it when we're getting sick/are sick, or when those around us are sick.
