Thank you Peer Trainer!

This website has been amazing for me. I have lost 50+lbs and am so close to my goal. I will post a success story some time in the coming months when I am at goal. I have been using this site for 10 months and am every thankful I found it.
Jackie and Habib, you are fantastic. I know you have a lot of ideas in the works for the website, I can't wait to see them. This thread is meant for people who feel like me.
Posters, please express your gratitude and appreciation here =)

I never wanted to admit to anyone I know that I'm uncomfortable with my weight and want to improve my health - I'm supposed to be strong and self-confident, but the image I project is not completely accurate. This anonymous and yet incredibly caring support system has really made a world of difference to me. Thanks.

COMMUNITY!

In total agreement with above posters. There is so much here. Truly sustainable life changes requires community and support. PT is truly wonderful that way.

PT is a great creation!
THANK YOU!!

I said this in another post a few days ago but it bears repeating. I am so thankful for this web site. I have lost so much weight since coming here and finding friends and support. And that it is free is a great bonus.
I tried another web site a couple of weeks ago and it is ok and the people seem nice but it is so hard to navigate. I quit tracking my food there. It is so simple to keep track of everything here. I suggest this site to friends all the time. And now I can compare and tell them why this is where you want to be.

Now I am looking forward to getting to my goal and getting a shirt that says, Body by Peertrainer.

Love you guys. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

my thanks too.

I've only been on this site a couple of months but it has already helped so much! At this point I would happily pay to keep using it! I tell everyone I know what a nice group I am part of and how supportive they are of my struggle. It's a huge thing to know you're not alone in whatever struggle you have. So thank you to the creators of this good idea!

thank you for this web site. I wish there was a little more about who (the individual who, not just PT as owner) owns it and their personal goals with the web site, that would be nice. But I like having this website as a part of my weight loss program.

I too am echoing the sentiments of the above posters.

The PEERTrainer website has been a lifeline for me throughout the past year. The format is fast, easy to use and I have been blessed to be able to connect with people that WANT to know “how it is going” on a day-to-day basis. I don’t feel alone on this journey.
Friends and family get VERY tired of hearing about one’s “diet” but because it is something I am working on EVERYDAY I am the type of person that need a venue to talk about it everyday. So happy you are here.
Keep up the great work.

Thank you so much for this sight. I have tried so many times in the past to loose the weight successfully and this time it is actually going to happen!
To be able to talk to other people who are working just as hard to loose weight as you are makes you feel like it is possible.
You are not alone!

Thanks too.

I find that halfway to the goal is so hard and tweaking the diet and exercise plan requires other voices for knowledge and encouragement. PT rocks!

Does the site accept donations to fund the good work?

Nice post!

You made some decent points there. I looked on the net for that issue and found most people will go coupled with your internet site. https://www.chokdeebacarrat.com
