Group for those who need to lose or have lost 100 or more pounds.
All who have a large amount of weight to lose, even if it is not over 100 pounds. It is overwhelming to try to lose weight when you have so much to lose. We are in this for the long haul together. I believe that acknowledging that we have a lot of weight to lose is important, but setting short term goals is a better way to work at losing weight. People like us are in for a marathon of weight loss, but why look at the finish line when we have so far to go? Instead, run to the next checkpoint and see what comes next when we get there.

I too have over 100 pound to lose. I am going to do it in 30 lb increments. I am half way to my first goal. Yay! I'm doing Weight Watcher points and Jazzercise. I'll be in your group!
