I heard they can help fight free-radicals which age you. Does anyone know if they have as many antioxidants as green tea or is green tea still the best choice?

Down with the Oxidants.
If you are interested in antioxidants, you should consider trying FRS antioxidant health drink. An 8 oz serving of the drink mix (10 calories) supposedly has as much antioxidant as 8 servings of berries.
I've been drinking it myself. Not sure if it is actually doing anything, but I like it!

There is nothing like the real thing. Green tea and berries every day for me. Don't want no hybrid antioxidants in my body.

I'm with the PP...they're finding over and over again that it's not just the nutrients or the vitamins or the antioxidants that matter - it's how they react when eaten as part of the whole food.
so go with green tea!
