I absolutely love subway! What are the lowest-calorie options there?

Check out their website for some easy comparison.
Even though their oat bread seems like a healthier choice is is more calories and hardly any more fiber than their regular italian (white).
Their honey mustard is actually a good low-cal option (whereas most honey mustards are not).
I used to ask for the light mayo a lot but 1/2 the time the person working there was not paying attention and would put regular mayo on the sandwich so i stopped even trying w/ that one.
Their calories counts on the napkins and cups do not include any condiments or cheese, and are on white bread.

I love Subway, too. And I love their kid options. It's the only fast food place I've ever taken my kids. It's so nice to be able to get them small sandwiches, with a side of apples and a water.

Not to be a downer, but I HATE subway. They say there food is fresh, everytime i go there I am so disappointed all the vegis are brown, the meat is grainy. Yuck.

I am glad that the rest of you had a different experience though :)

I think quality depends hugely on the owner of that particular location. The Subway in the town where I live just recently changed locations and got a new owner -- and KABOOOM! Food quality went up, and so did the quality of the workers.. there is now always an adult instead of just the sketchy teens working.
I used to be a little freaked out by subway, now I eat there once in a while. :)
