Anyone trying this? I'm hearing it works wonders and they have the most delicious recipies! It involves nuts, oils, dark chocolate and avocado as the main foods, but you can incorporate them into everything!

Nuts, oils, avocados and dark chocolate? The MAIN foods?

Wow. Okay.

1. All four of those foods are high in fat and/or calories (nobody eats dark chocolate without some sugar in it).
2. No diet can target fat in any specific place.

Man, though...I WISH I could get a flat belly by eating cashews, guacamole, hand-dipped dark chocolates, and pesto. That would be a world!

I'm thinking that these are some of the foods you can incorporate into your diet since they have healthy fats and chocolate is high in antioxidents and keeps the cravings away, but in no away the main foods. Like maybe you can eat a salad w/ olive oil based dressing with avocados, nuts for snack, chocolate for desert, etc.

Its a new study...all these foods have high amounts of the (m) good fats and showed that it helped lose from the middle. you can't target one specific area with exercise.

Flat belly diet

I heard about it, and did try to get a copy of the book. But it was not ment to be the company I ordered from (abebooks) never delivered it and I am trying to get my money back even as we speak. How ever I have lost weight with exercise and using cashews as snacks and avaccados (which i love and on certain days would like to eat untill im sick...but i dont. LOL) as meal staples. I started the year at 270 and now Im at 250/245
