STARTED THE PROGRAM 2 WEEKS AGO
i STARTED THIS TWO WEEKS AGO. IT IS A VERY HARD WORKOUT. IT KILLS ME, AND I HAVE TO SPEND TIME THE NIGHT BEFORE LOOKING UP THE MOVES. SOME OF THE MOVES I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO AND JUST SUBSTITUTE WITH SOMETHING THAT WORKS THE SAME PARTS THAT I CAN DO. SO FAR I AM NOTICING A DIFFERENCE. I'M ON DAY 11 AND HAVE LOST 3 POUNDS AND FEEL MORE TONED. BUT I AM CRAZY, I DO THE PROGRAM AND MORE ADDITIONAL STUFF AFTER FOR ANOTHER 40 MINUTES OR SO.

YOU SEEM VERY WIRED 1:18!! I've been through the circuit once and agree on all sentiments. It is a hard workout, but I love them; I also substitute some of the moves - mostly the more creative pushups, I have to do a quick study each night, and my strength and toning is much improved. I paid more attention to the workouts, this time around I'm going to do the circuits AND do the calories. I'm excited to get going again.
So, is there interest in a group?
