I have a question that I would love some input on. I wanted to try the workout in the fitness rx magazine that I picked up. It is supposed to be an aerobic circuit like this:
10 min treadmill
10 min elliptical
10 min stationary bike
10 min stairmill
The place I exercise doesn't have a stairmill. So my question is: Should I divide the difference and exercise on each the treadmill, elliptical and bike longer or is there a good alternative to the stairmill I could do at home? I don't have any stairs at my house.

I would do 10 your stair climber 10 min on the eliptical at maximum height (they are usually adjustable). That will get you close to the "climbing" motion.
