What do you bring to work for lunch everyday that is lowfat and healthy?

I either take a salad and bring about 2 0z of grilled chicken to accompany it or make and egg white omelet with veggies and fat free shreeded cheese the night before and bring that in. OR, a healthy sandwich (deli select turkey is great) with mustard, romaine, tomato and believe it or not a spread of 2% cottage cheese on double fiber wheat bread.

People who refuse to eat leftovers are Pansies ! !
Those little tupperware dudes at Aldi's are the perfect size and if you end up accidentally tossing one or two a month - hey they are only a few cents.

either salad or veggie wrap (basically the salad wraped in a high fiber/low carb wrap) with yogurt and and apple.
If I am lazy the night before (I work full time and take night classes so this happens 1-2X/week) I just grab a lean cuisine or something similar.
In the winter I also brought soup a few days a week.

I make something like chili at the beginning of the week and package it up in 1-cup servings for lunch.
