California Rolls

I love veggie California rolls. I read today somewhere that they can be 400 calories per roll! (if they contain avacodo or crabmeat

On the Peertrainer Calorie index, it says Veggie California rolls are 290 calories per serving, and serving is listed as "200"

Does anyone know how many rolls are in a serving?

Thanks

try google'ing "california roll calories" - in general I find the PT calorie wiki difficult to use due to the serving size

I was curious about this so I looked up a few on Calorieking.com. The amounts varied. Doing the math for calories per ounce - it varied between 37-45 calories. Like anything it probably depends upon how big the roll is, how much rice, avocado, etc. they put in it and so on.

If you have a scale and can weigh it, you could at least ball park it.
