weight loss success

i am looking for anyone else that has had any success just by following the reccomended foods and servings on the food guide pyramid and regular exercise.
i have been doing this for a few years now and have had good success
just wondering if there was anyone else doijng the same

Don't know the exact name of it but there is a group/team there on PT that works with using the Food Pyramid- saw it highlighted on the 'home page 'this am.

hmmm.. no

my problem with the food pyramid is that i think it recommends way too much food for me (or my size).. but i try to eat lots of vegetables & fruits and then grains, then protiens..
