Anyone find themselves switching from using PT constructively to unhealthily?

Generally I have found PT a great support: I may post when I am trying not to eat unplanned snacks, post instead of eating after dinner, or log in and read thoughts from my teams and groups when I am feeling a bit isolated or lonely.
But recently, I found myself browsing around the site, reading and posting when I had planned to exercise- like I was pretending to myself that I was working on my weight loss by being on the site instead of exercising which I need to do more consistantly.
Anyone else do this?

well it doesnt stop me from working out but it does distract me when I am at work and distract me from studying when I should be doing that (like right now). related to the other post - my boss probably should block this site!

same here it doesnt prevent me from working out as i do that before i log
but i have found it kind of addicting but at the same time ive also had a 2 lb succes in the last week since i joined and that was after a 6 mnth plateau so it must be helping a little. i enjoy the support

I'm definitely distracted at work. But reading everyone's stories/logging in definitely makes me want to go to the gym when I get out of here!
