Daily Gratitudes...

Today something happened that just made me want to start a daily thread to say "Thank you, God." This is my way of expressing gratitude for the little things that make my day extraordinary. Please feel free to add your own. Religion or spiritual beliefs aside, we all have something we can be grateful for everyday...

Today I am grateful for the kindness of strangers. A man helped me out in a moment of need today when he could have just closed the door on my face and said no. I will always be thankful for him and for being so kind to me...

I am thankful for the regenerating power of naps! I have never been a big napper because I always had a headache when I woke up. Well it seems they no longer do. After waking up early to study, meet with my tutee, a great workout (that kicked my butt!), and another study session. I was ready for a nap. It sooooo helped!

I am also thankful for my mom. She is a great help to me right now even if I don't always show her my appreciation.

Today I am grateful for the opportunities I have to travel and work, the great support and motivation that PT and everyone here provides, and I am grateful to know that God is there for me and understands my deepest wishes and accepts me faults, fat, and all!
