emotional eating

I just started reading a book called Life Is Hard, Food Is Easy by Linda Spangle. It's about emotional eating. Out of control eating. Impulsive/Compulsive eating. And what's behind it all.

It also has a lot of things you can do to fight cravings and stick with a plan. It's still hard work, but I've found the book very helpful. Has anyone else read it or found it useful?
