Fluidity or Bar Method?
Has anyone tried either of these and if so what do you think? I don't usually listen to infomercials but the Fluidity caught my eye, mainly because I heard Kelly Ripa talking about something similar. So I went on line and did a bit of research and found that a lot like it and have seen results and a few talked about liking the Bar Method better. So any other real info would be appreciated.

I've never heard of either of these terms. What are they about?

They are particular types of work outs. Very similar to how dancers tone and work out. I have done the Bar Method and really enjoyed it. I took classes several years ago, but they were expensive for me so i had to stop. I do still use the exercises at home. When I did the classes they completely kicked my ass, you really do use a huge amount of core strength, I lost 28 pounds and went down 3 dress sizes. I don't know about the Fluidity but I also googled for it and actually think it is pretty similar to the bar method from what they say. I like the idea of having the actual bar for the exercises. It is a bit pricey though, but I bet it works. In fact I'd wouldn't mind using the bar for the bar method.
