Leaner Leg Muscles
I work out regularly, have a personal trainer who kicks my butt, and play soccer several days/week. I am pretty good at watching what I eat (with an occasional "free day"). I love being active, and don't want to cut anything out... Is there something I can be doing so that my legs don't bulk up? I have that "soccer" look, and would love to have leaner legs!

Pilates is fabulous for sculpting lean legs! You can do it at home - I have a great book called "Your Ultimate Pilates Body Challege"by Brooke Siler. There are several different workouts and as you work your legs you are also working your abs! Your gym should also offer classes or, depending where you are, there might be a Pilates studio in your area with the actual machines.

Biking long distances is quite effective. Try to keep a brisk pace. Seriously tones the inner thighs and butt. Never tried spinning, but you may be able to acheive the same effect with it.

I never saw a serious soccer player who didn't have those watermelon-shaped quads -- 'cause you need 'em to play good soccer! And you know, they look GREAT. Not conventionally feminine, but who needs the conventions of the 1950's anyway? I say go with the big legs and awesome performance on the field! Embrace your strength.
Otherwise -- you really already know the answer. Give up soccer. Take up ballet and pilates.
