What's worth it? What's not?

What "bad" foods are worth having to do an extra workout or modify the rest of your day's food? What "bad" foods aren't worth it for you?

Worth it:
Pizza
White cake w/ chocolate frosting
Brie cheese

Not worth it:
Donuts
Individually wrapped cheese slices
Hostess/Little Debbie snacks

Brownie sundae
French fries (only if they are hot and fresh, otherwise trash 'em!)
Spicy chicken wings
Ice Cream made with real cream or frozen custard

Not worth it:
Donuts
Fast Food
Anything full fat that has to be microwaved
Salad dressing that is full fat
Whole milk
