Not worth it:
Anything full fat that has to be microwaved
Salad dressing that is full fat

Worth it - Real quality chocolate with quality ingredients
Not worth it - anything with artificial flavors and hydrogenated fats of any kind.

Vegan chocolate pudding from Whole Foods
Not worth it
being a total picky girl at dinner with friends or dates
cereal (it makes me more hungry!)
Fruit smoothie(too much sugar!)
