Hooray for pickles !

Dill Pickles (or relish or even jarred diced jalepenos) are so great !

I know the sodium factor, but 0 calories rocks! Such a diet lifesaver!

I, too, love pickles. Awesome for a snack!
They're crunchy and tasty and low in calories (yeah, bummer about the sodium). My store had a brand with hot peppers in it that I just loved--then they stopped carrying them.

I adore pickles and often eat them. They add such flavor! I would eat more but I do think about the sodium....

Just be careful
I just went through a really painful bout of gout after eating like 8 dill pickles and a couple small jars of spicy pickled veggies. So low in calories and I was craving crunch.
So if you even think you might have a tendency toward your system being acidic beware.
Also I have held up to 12 pounds of fluid after eating salty veggies so if you want your weigh in's to be accurate consider this.
Otherwise I agree anything pickled rocks!!!
