Which body part(s) do you like.

Quite often when we are trying to lose weight we just focus on the negative. I thought it would be nice to have a positive thread about what parts of our bodies we actually like.

I Like my breasts and legs and i think my face is quite pretty.

What about you?

There are some body parts that don't seem to change despite what the scale says - my forearms and calves - so those are among my favorites :) I also only have a vanity mirror in my bathroom so I can only see from my shoulders up and I'm usually pretty happy with that image, too.

My legs and butt! My legs have always been shapely and now that I am in even better shape they are amazing! My butt is not the smallest, but I like it because it's curvy, firm, and sits high! And I think I have great eyes - brown, but intelligent and perfectly almond-shaped.

Thanks for starting this thread!

definately my stomach. Even when I overindulge and put on a few pounds I keep my flat tummy and small waist. My face isnt too either.

I actually love my scar on my belly from emergency surgery. At first I hated it so much, but now I look at it and how it saved my life.

I love all of me.
I thank God for teaching me to love me; when I was very small size 7; I'm 5'8, I thought I was to big, that was not good enough, I had to get down to a size 5. I was so obcessed with my size and weight that it was crazy. Now I'm a size 14 and I have learned to love every part of my body. I told my husband the other day, that I have finially made peace with my body. Yes I am lossing weight and I will get back down to a size 7, this time for the right reseasons. I think I really look good and I'm very healthy at that size.
