I was so happy last week when I lost 5.2lbs...
Now that my period is almost here, 2 days to be exact, and I've gained 2 to 3 lbs from (i'm hoping) water weight...
Does this sound right to you? What should I do?
I weigh in tomorrow and it looks like I've just been pigging out. (Eventhough I had 2 slices of pizza yesterday)
I work out everyday and eating pretty healthy despite the one day of debauchery.

one slice of pizza will make me gain 5 pounds overnight of water. I am a HUGE water retainer. But the woman person puts on 2.5 pounds before and during a typical menses cycle.
nothing you can do but drink more water.
