Picky eaters unite!

I really want to lose weight but find it so hard because I'm a horribly picky eater! Here I am 30 years old and I can't stomach so much of what would be healthy for me! I won't eat anything with any kind of sauce on it, onions in it, nothing with green pepper or diced vegetable. I can't even stand the smell of fish or eggs and you can only eat so much chicken!

Anyone else a picky eater? What ways are you finding success with this challenge?

I'm a picky eater as well. I eat a lot of chicken and often find myself searching online for new chicken recipes. You can find thousands of them that will offer you a variety of tastes to punch up the same old chicken.

My current favorite is to put a little EVOO and italian dressing in a pan and throw in a chicken tenderloin or two that has been cut into bite size pieces. Stir until the chicken is cooked (I like to get one side of each piece a little burnt). I pair it with a side of raw spinach.
